1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "g866", "we", "us", or "our" refers to g866 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the g866 website accessible at https://g866.cam, including all content, features, games, betting markets, and services available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with g866 or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Wallet" means the internal funds balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive awarded to a Player by g866 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process g866 requires Players to complete before withdrawing funds or accessing certain platform features.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction in which accessing, using, or participating in online gambling is illegal or prohibited under applicable local law.

2. Eligibility

To open an Account and use the g866 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow persons under the legal age to gamble. g866 takes underage gambling seriously and enforces strict age verification at registration and during KYC review.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from g866 or any other gaming operator, whether voluntarily or as a result of a regulatory enforcement action.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in opening or operating an Account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one Account with g866. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. g866 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit balances held therein, and restrict the Player from registering again.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active telephone number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. g866 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

g866 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds or when triggered by our internal risk management protocols. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding the presented ID document. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

g866 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). g866 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are subject to your KYC verification tier and Account standing. Gold-tier VIP members are entitled to higher withdrawal limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and 2–8 minutes for bank transfers. Processing may take longer during peak periods, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or if your Account is subject to a pending KYC review.

4.4 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into your Wallet must belong to you and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. g866 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a source that does not belong to the Account holder.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

g866 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. In the event of suspected AML activity, g866 may freeze an Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete their first qualifying deposit are entitled to a Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rp 1.500.000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to an 8x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 days of activation, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
• g866 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses awarded in error may be reclaimed by g866 at any point, regardless of whether they have been wagered.
• In the event of conflicting terms between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

g866 monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bonus wagers, low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and colluding with other players. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by g866, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. g866 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

6.2 Odds and Markets

g866 offers betting markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), e-sports, and other sports and events. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation constitute the final accepted odds for that wager.

6.3 Void and Refunded Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified; an event outcome is affected by factors outside the normal course of sporting competition; or any other circumstance as determined by g866's trading team in accordance with industry-standard rules.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds in live betting fluctuate rapidly in response to match events. g866 is not responsible for any latency between on-screen odds and market conditions. The Platform's accepted odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g866 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing g866 staff or other players.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the g866 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of g866 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of g866.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from g866.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital environment.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

The g866 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of g866. You may not use any of these marks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

g866 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government action, or telecommunications network failures).

9.2 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g866 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In any event, g866's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the g866 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how g866 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect of our Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure.

11. Amendments to These Terms

g866 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Wallet balance before closing your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting g866 customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Wallet balance. g866 will process your Account closure request within 5 business days of receiving it, subject to any pending KYC or AML reviews.

12.2 Closure by g866

g866 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Repeated engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by g866 — any outstanding bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money Wallet balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, unless the closure was precipitated by fraud, AML concerns, or a material breach of these Terms, in which case g866 reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which g866 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and g866, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. g866 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to g866's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, whose decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
